When it comes to China's world cultural heritage,

说到中国的世界文化遗产，

we have to mention the Great Wall of China.

就不得不提到我国的长城。

The Great Wall, also known as The 10 thousand-li Great Wall,

is an ancient military fortification in China.

是我国古代的军事防御工事，

It is a tall, strong and continuous long wall,

是一道高大、坚固而且连绵不断的、

used to resist enemy's cavalry.

用以限隔敌骑行动的长垣，

It is locates in the northern part of China,

位于我国的北方地区，

with a total length of 21,196.18 kilometers.

总长度21196.18千米。

The Great Wall was listed as a World Cultural Heritage in 1987.

万里长城于1987年被列入世界文化遗产。
